Effectively run the coffeeshops during services and manage inventory as needed. Assist with hospitality events as needed, including preparing coffee. Serving in banquets, i.e., in food serving, cleaning, and catering, to execute the event with excellence. Aide team when running an event, small or big, by helping to produce what is needed. Aiding the team when someone is off/sick and being able to fill that role so that the ministry continues smoothly. Training volunteers in the coffee shop - taking orders, interacting with customers, and making drinks.
