As the Service and Aftermarket Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving enhanced collaboration and alignment between two of our critical business functions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes and the way we deliver value across our Services business. In this highly visible and influential position, you will spearhead new and ongoing projects that bridge Service and Aftermarket, foster innovation, and optimize results for our customers and business. By leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement through RIE’s and project based work, you’ll help shape Trane Technologies’ legacy as an industry leader in sustainability and operational excellence. This role reports to the Portfolio Director for Smart Service Products, with a dotted line to the Supply Business Organization.
