About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ivalua as a Services Advisory Lead to support our expanding presence across the AMER region. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers, helping them envision and plan successful implementations, quantify value, and accelerate time-to-value from the Ivalua platform. You will partner closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Alliances, and our partner ecosystem to define delivery strategies, scope complex projects, and ensure that every engagement is structured for success. Your advisory guidance and pre-sales leadership will directly influence revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partner enablement across the region.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years+ experience in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting , ideally within enterprise SaaS or procurement technology.
  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay domains (Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable).
  • Proven success in scoping and positioning complex professional services programs, with strong commercial and operational acumen.
  • Executive presence and communication excellence—able to translate functional capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50–60% across the AMER region, with occasional global travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to value-based selling , business case development, or value engineering frameworks.
  • Familiarity with partner-led delivery models and subcontracting structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience with proven skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to assess customer needs and design optimal delivery strategies, balancing Ivalua-led and partner-led engagements.
  • Articulate the value and differentiation of Ivalua’s services approach—clarifying scope, resourcing, timelines, and governance.
  • Lead scoping, estimation, and SOW creation in collaboration with Professional Services and Alliance teams.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on implementation readiness, risk mitigation, and value realization.
  • Maintain oversight of contracting progress and proactively address issues that could impact success.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Ivalua’s services delivery model, pricing framework, and partner engagement playbooks.
  • Refine scoping tools, templates, and contracting processes to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency.
  • Champion best practices across Sales, Services, and Alliances to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience.
