About The Position

Kerry's Car Care is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors who are ready to learn the company's procedures and quickly transition into management roles. The position involves customer interaction, vehicle inspections, and documentation of repair orders, with a focus on providing excellent service and communication throughout the repair process.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and offer resolutions to customer needs.
• Initiative and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries, both by phone and in person.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document customer concerns for technicians.
• Document repair orders thoroughly and ensure completion of tickets.
• Communicate proactively with technicians regarding status updates and changes.
• Keep customers informed about completion times, service expenses, and potential changes.
• Answer questions regarding vehicle characteristics and operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and timekeeping in the absence of the General Manager.
• Follow safety protocols and established procedures for customer service.
