You will listen to their concerns, provide expert advice, and guide them through the entire service experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your objective is to enhance the relationship between our customers and our dealership, ensuring that every service visit is seamless, informative, and rewarding.

  • Act as the primary contact for service customers, scheduling appointments and efficiently managing service workflow
  • Gather vehicle information and customer concerns to accurately communicate service needs to technicians
  • Provide recommendations for services and explain the benefits to the customer
  • Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Follow up on service appointments and maintain constant communication regarding progress and completion
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist in promoting service specials and upsell additional services
  • Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge is preferred, but training will be provided
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and MS Office Suite
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
