Tesla Motors is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Burlingame, California. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support for their vehicles. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely updates will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. You will need to respond to customer inquiries promptly, returning missed calls and emails within five minutes. Your technical knowledge will be crucial in determining whether issues can be resolved over the phone or if they need to be escalated to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager. Attention to detail is critical as you will be required to accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System. You will also coordinate the delivery of vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle is detailed and ready for pickup. Following up with customers after services have been provided is essential to ensure their satisfaction with the work performed. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive techniques and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
