Service Advisor

The Service Advisor at California Automotive Retail Group is responsible for overseeing service orders and ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service. This role involves managing the flow of the Drive Lane, providing concierge support for customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. The Service Advisor will also be involved in training and supervising service department employees, as well as collaborating with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions.
