Responsibilities

• Knowledge in aftermarket suspension/ custom wheel and tire offsets/ aftermarket accessories, ect
• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
