About The Position

At Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC), we provide customized material handling solutions that help our customers operate more efficiently and effectively. As an authorized dealer within The Raymond Corporation network, we support businesses with a full range of solutions including lift trucks, warehouse optimization, fleet management, parts, and service. Headquartered in Blue Ash, Ohio, RSC serves customers across Ohio, Kentucky, Southeast Indiana, and Western West Virginia, with branch locations in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Louisville, and additional support in Lexington and Dayton. Our team partners closely with customers to understand their operations and deliver solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and reduce costs. The Service Advisor is responsible for supporting the end-to-end service process by connecting customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure work is quoted, coordinated, and executed effectively. This role plays a critical part in delivering a strong customer experience through timely communication, accurate quoting, and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in material handling, heavy equipment, automotive, or related industry
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working within systems and managing data

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely service quotes
  • Follow up with customers regarding approvals, updates, and service status
  • Provide clear, professional communication to customers
  • Quote equipment moves and coordinate execution upon approval
  • Partner with Service and Internal Operations to schedule labor and resources
  • Ensure alignment across teams to execute work efficiently
  • Coordinate and lead Techlink installations and kickoff meetings
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, timing, and expectations
  • File and track S207s with proper documentation and follow-through
  • Support technicians by resolving issues and coordinating resources
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry across systems
  • Track job progress, updates, and required follow-ups
  • Ensure documentation is complete and organized
