As a Service Advisor, you’ll greet customers, help identify their vehicle concerns, review recommended services, and prepare accurate repair orders. You’ll also verify warranty and service contract coverage, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle. Your role is essential in creating a positive service experience from the moment a customer arrives to the moment their vehicle is ready. You’ll be part of a service department that collaborates closely, values each team member’s contribution, and works together to deliver a consistent and reliable customer experience.
