About The Position

Be the first to welcome and support our customers as a Service Advisor! We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and familiar with CDK and basic mechanical concepts. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer experiences, assisting with shop operations, and ensuring every client receives exceptional care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• CDK experience required/preferred (adjust as needed)
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of automotive/mechanical systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with dealership standards
• Schedule service appointments; prepare accurate repair estimates
• Advise customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
• Accurately document repair and service orders in CDK
• Provide timely updates on repair status, estimates, and pickup times
• Build relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
