Do you enjoy working with people and have a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians—helping ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

  • Greet customers and listen to their service needs
  • Write and manage repair orders from drop-off through delivery
  • Communicate with technicians to gather repair recommendations
  • Explain repairs, costs, and warranty details clearly and professionally
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
  • Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve department sales goals and high customer service scores
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • 1–3 years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
