Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining repairs needed by visually inspecting a vehicle. Duties/Responsibilities: Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage Prepare estimates to repair vehicle Explain repair process to customers Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization Complete vehicle check-in with customer Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer Handle total loss process Perform final Quality Control inspection Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned
