In this role you’ll deliver high-quality service with excellence, care, and prompt follow-through—living out our core values in every interaction. What you’ll do: Collect and organize client documents for the creation of specialized financial reports Upload client documents to various proprietary programs and software for analysis Download and edit reports, ensuring they are delivered to the advisor prior to deadlines Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify and implement any necessary changes in line with their financial plans Regularly provide accurate and timely updates on client accounts Proactively contact clients to share account updates and address any questions or concerns Submit cash raise requests and process trades as instructed by the advisor or per client requests Review high cash balances in client accounts and reinvest funds according to the client's financial plan and objectives Call assigned leads (as provided by the firm) and existing clients to discuss services, provide updates, and identify potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, Associate’s degree considered
  • 3+ years’ experience in the financial industry
  • CA Insurance License required within 60 days
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems; Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a strong understanding of formulas and data analysis techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively contact and engage clients by phone and follow-up
  • Working knowledge of Adobe software for document creation and editing
  • Knowledge of key financial terms and the ability to apply them in daily tasks and client communications
  • Demonstrated ability in building and editing financial reports
  • Understanding of Fixed Indexed Annuities and their role in financial planning and client portfolios
  • Collaborative, proactive team player willing to assist others
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Series 65 License preferred, will accept Series 7 or 63
  • Experience with Schwab or Fidelity platform

Responsibilities
