What you’ll do: Collect and organize client documents for the creation of specialized financial reports Upload client documents to various proprietary programs and software for analysis Download and edit reports, ensuring they are delivered to the advisor prior to deadlines Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify and implement any necessary changes in line with their financial plans Regularly provide accurate and timely updates on client accounts Proactively contact clients to share account updates and address any questions or concerns Submit cash raise requests and process trades as instructed by the advisor or per client requests Review high cash balances in client accounts and reinvest funds according to the client's financial plan and objectives Call assigned leads (as provided by the firm) and existing clients to discuss services, provide updates, and identify potential opportunities
