Are you looking for the perfect career that won't waste your time? Do you just want to be in the building, or would you like to be a part of a TEAM???? You've always been good at pointing out good ideas, so why not take the next step in 2024? Come join our team at Southern Auto Group as a Service Advisor! Our Service Advisors are the center of communication for all service and repair activities within the Service Department. Once completed, you will also relay all necessary information from the technician to the customer clearly and effectively. Here, Service Advisors make sure the customer knows what repairs are needed and what repairs and maintenance are recommended. We know it's never fun having to take your vehicle to the shop. Our Service Advisors ensure that our customers feel as though their concerns have been addressed, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction with repairs made to the vehicle. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record.
