About The Position

The Service Advisor is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in the service department. This role is the face of the service department, responsible for creating the first and last impression for all customers.

  • 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM

Responsibilities

  • CHECKING IN CUSTOMERS
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE VEHICLES IN THE SHOP
  • SUBMITTING DOCUMENTATIONS FOR ACCURENT PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS, CONTRACTS HOLDERS AND KIA THE MANUFACTURER
