Some of What You’ll do: Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly environment Work with the customer to evaluate their service needs, review past service history, and make recommendations for repairs Instill confidence in the customer by completing accurate estimates for parts, and labor Partner with service technicians and ensure repair orders are delivered promptly Build trust in customers by checking up on repairs, explaining completed work, and ensuring customer satisfaction Be part of an elite team of automotive service professionals Continue to develop your skills and take your career to new heights! What we are looking for: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license 3-5 years service advising experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Outstanding customer service skills Proficient Computer Skills Professional work ethic and high integrity Ability to work as a team and/or independently Strong problem solving and follow up skills Availability 7am - 6pm M-F - Rotating Saturdays 8am-5pm Galpin Benefits Competitive Payplan Full Benefits after 30 days of employment including Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance 401k with company match Paid vacation and sick time Vehicle Purchase Discounts Advancement opportunities Custom tailored onboarding and cross training programs COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE: (anticipated total compensation base on current lowest and highest earning employees in this role is $10,000 - $20,000 a month; actual total compensation will vary based on performance). Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3-5 years service advising experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Professional work ethic and high integrity
  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
  • Strong problem solving and follow up skills
  • Availability 7am - 6pm M-F - Rotating Saturdays 8am-5pm
