They are also responsible for handling customer complaints, scheduling appointments, obtaining customer and vehicle data, greeting customers, and test driving vehicles as needed. The position requires maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, implementing service marketing programs, and ensuring efficient workflow in the service department.
