Service Advisor – Victory Lane Ford V ictory Lane Ford is looking for a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join our service team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring every guest receives excellent service and clear communication throughout their repair or maintenance experience. The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, writing repair orders and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled.
