About The Position

South Pointe Honda is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Service Advisor to our team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to write precise repair instructions and provide accurate estimates
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of automotive products, services, and warranty processes is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to confirm needs
  • Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories through product knowledge
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates; obtain customer approval
  • Monitor service progress and update customers on changes
  • Administer warranty repairs by manufacturer guidelines
