Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a domestic dealership or independent shop
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced service drive
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed

• Working knowledge of DealerTrack and XTime
• Consistently strong CSI performance
• Solid understanding of manufacturer maintenance schedules
• Ability to build trust quickly and retain repeat clients
• Clean, accurate paperwork with minimal corrections
