Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service requests.
  • Preparing repair orders and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.
  • Providing updates to customers on repair progress and costs.
  • Offering knowledgeable recommendations for additional services and products.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and inventory.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
