Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Premium Brand Service Advisor Experience
  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Bridge Between Customer and Technician Ensure clear communication of customer concerns and technician recommendations, creating a seamless service experience.
  • Craft Accurate Service Estimates Calculate costs for parts, labor, and deductibles to provide transparent and trustworthy pricing.
  • Manage Repair Orders with Precision Prepare and process ROs, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records in our service database.
  • Deliver Insightful Vehicle Consultations Explain inspection results and recommend additional services with confidence and clarity.
  • Navigate Warranty Administration Handle manufacturer warranty claims for qualifying repairs with attention to detail.
  • Keep Customers Informed and Engaged Share service specials, timelines, and expenses to ensure customers feel valued and informed.
