We are hiring a 2nd shift Service Advisor for our Truck Shop. This position handles the day-to-day supervision of shift operations and technicians. We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude; detail oriented; willing to jump in and help out where needed; and strong computer skills with a great work ethic. The essential duties include: •Provide leadership and direction to the technicians •Evaluate technician’s skillset and provide training as needed •Assist technicians in locating parts / job related issues •Schedule shift work •Call in customer repairs and approvals / unit updates •Organize shift with parts to pick up and vehicles for repair •Create estimate (if needed) and invoice repair orders in a timely manner •Related activities that promote the goals of the Organization
