Requirements

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE / ADVISOR EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.
APPLICANTS WITH NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to guide customers through the service process with professionalism and clarity
Self motivated, goal oriented, and organized
Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Proficiency with computers, phones, and dealership software preferred
Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
Must be available to work full time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred but not required
Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting recommended service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Use the walk around process to educate customers on vehicle condition and build rapport
Generate service estimates and quotes
Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized workflow
Conduct post repair follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a focus on customer loyalty
