About The Position

Automotive Service Advisor Earn $80K–$110K+ Depending on Experience | Family-Owned Dealership | Growth Opportunity Service Advisor We are seeking a results-driven Service Advisor for our Faricy Automotive Dealership in Salida, CO. The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting service department performance and revenue goals. This position is responsible for greeting customers, identifying vehicle service needs, and recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs. Pay is commission based - $80,000 - $110,000 Depending on Experience What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service team. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers and understanding their service needs Listening to concerns and documenting vehicle issues accurately Communicating technician findings and service recommendations Scheduling appointments and managing service timelines Keeping customers updated on repair progress Educating customers on recommended maintenance services Recommending additional services when appropriate Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient repairs Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience Knowledge of common automotive repairs and maintenance (oil changes, brakes, shocks, struts, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Confidence in explaining and recommending services to customers Familiarity with dealership operations and service processes If you’re passionate about automotive service and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience
