Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and address customer vehicle concerns, verify warranties and service contracts, and develop accurate repair estimates
Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a clear understanding of service needs
Write and process repair orders (RO), ensuring customer approval and accurate entry into the service database
Calculate and communicate costs for materials, labor, and deductibles, maintaining transparent customer records
