Requirements

2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role (automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership preferred)
Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a talent for building relationships
A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Retail experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for service needs.
Coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work.
Open and process work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs.
Communicate repair updates clearly and promptly to customers
Support daily operations in both Parts and Service departments
Work alongside a skilled team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction
