The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between service department customers, and the Dayton Andrews Service Team. The Service Advisor is responsible for facilitating the service and repair of vehicles from start to finish. They are responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to the customer in accordance with Dayton Andrews and Manufacturer guidelines. The Service Advisor at Dayton Andrews is responsible for taking ownership of the service experience from first point of contact with the customer to the final delivery of serviced and repaired vehicles. Service Advisors act as the liaison between customer and repair technician to effectively communicate both customer and vehicle needs. A successful service advisor takes ownership of the customer experience, and creates value by offering a one stop resolution for all vehicle service needs.
