Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven

Nice To Haves

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Automotive technician experience is a plus, not a requirement
Strong communication skills with a polished, customer-first approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to continue learning

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assess vehicle concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
Translate technical findings into clear, customer-friendly recommendations
Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders, ensuring full transparency and approval
Partner closely with technicians to align customer needs with repair solutions
Communicate additional service recommendations identified through vehicle inspections
Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs
Proactively update customers on service timelines, costs, and completion status
Maintain precise records within the service management system
Promote service specials and value-added recommendations when appropriate
