Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell maintenance and services in a professional, ethical manner

Nice To Haves
- Automotive service advisor experience (CDJR experience a strong plus)
- Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, positive service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up
- Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
- Help drive customer retention and high CSI scores
