Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication, a smooth repair process, and a positive ownership experience. Requirements

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-minded attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally and assess vehicle service needs
  • Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
  • Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics, repair status, and completion times
  • Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Promote and upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strong CSI results
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, Parts Department, and Technician team
