Requirements

  • Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor (required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Energetic, dependable, and career-minded attitude
  • Solid automotive knowledge preferred
  • Computer and tablet proficiency required
  • Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with X-Time Inspect and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their vehicle concerns
  • Creating clear and accurate repair orders for technicians
  • Communicating technician findings and recommended repairs to customers
  • Educating customers on maintenance needs and helping them make informed decisions
  • Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
  • Maintaining professional, respectful interactions with customers, technicians, and vendors at all times
