Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role
  • Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, MVR)

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certification is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with energy, urgency, and professionalism
  • Drive revenue by recommending needed maintenance and repair services
  • Build trust through clear, transparent communication and expert guidance
  • Provide accurate estimates and confidently present service recommendations
  • Set expectations and follow through—keeping customers informed every step of the way
  • Monitor repair progress and maximize efficiency of each repair order
  • Consistently deliver an outstanding experience that earns repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
