About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. This role primarily involves initiating and processing requests for repair services, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about work progress. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for determining specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers, suggesting add-on sales to increase average transactions, and providing price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.

Requirements

  • Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge
  • Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
  • The ability to follow department procedures and policies

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year of service experience
  • Valid driver's license
