The Service Advisor supports the center of communication for service/repair activities and is the liaison between customers and the technicians in a fast-paced environment. Serving as the primary point-of-contact for quick maintenance services and repair matters, the Assistant Service Advisor will greet customers, input their personal and vehicle data into the system, set appointments, bill jobs, and prepare estimates for the Advisors. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, at least one year of customer service experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a good technical and customer service performance record. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service. Spanish speaking a plus.
