About The Position

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring clear communication throughout the service or repair process, following processes and procedures to execute exceptional CSI, customer retention and profits.

Requirements

  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
  • Training in customer service, advisory skills, and quality control is required.
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, address their concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and technicians, providing clear and accurate updates.
  • Track vehicle service progress, manage technicians' schedules efficiently, and keep customers informed.
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement promotions to drive revenue and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure all repairs meet company standards through thorough quality checks.
  • Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
