Requirements

  • A Natural Communicator: You can explain complex mechanical issues clearly and professionally.
  • Integrity-Driven: You believe in doing the right thing, every time. You are honest about costs, timelines, and vehicle needs.
  • Action-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of our mantra: "See it, Own it, Solve it."
  • 2+ years of automotive service experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, verify vehicle data, and perform thorough walk-around inspections.
  • Advise guests on necessary maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer specifications, providing accurate cost and time estimates.
  • Act as the liaison between the guest and the shop; track repair progress and provide proactive updates.
  • Review completed repair orders to ensure all work was performed to standard before the guest arrives for pick-up.
  • Handle inquiries and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
