Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers, identifying their automotive service needs efficiently and courteously.
  • Clearly communicate recommended services and repairs, providing accurate estimates to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Manage customer inquiries, addressing vehicle questions, warranty information, and repair timelines professionally.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering superior service consistently.
  • Collect comprehensive information during customer consultations for precise diagnostics and efficient service scheduling.
  • Coordinate effectively with appointment coordinators and technicians to optimize workflow.
  • Foster strong relationships within our dealership and with factory representatives to encourage teamwork and high standards.
  • Ensure timely and professional customer communication via phone, email, and in person.
