Service Advisor - Chrysler Jeep Cary
About The Position
Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Auto Park Chrysler Jeep is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to join their growing team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for visually inspecting vehicles, questioning customers about vehicle performance, completing service work orders, and explaining service costs. They will interact with customers to determine immediate service needs, use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products, and serve as a liaison between technicians and customers, all while providing excellent customer service. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- Current valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to work Saturday
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect vehicle
- Question customer about vehicle performance
- Complete service work order
- Explain service costs to customers
- Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs
- Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
