Tim Moran Auto Group is expanding Fixed Operations and needs seasoned Advisors who can handle volume and maximize opportunity. If you can’t sell, can’t handle pressure, or blame others—do not apply. Requirements
- 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience
- Strong customer communication and needs-analysis skills
- Proven ability to sell recommended maintenance and repair
- Comfortable managing high RO counts without sacrificing quality

- Warranty and CP experience preferred
