Don’K’ Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This is a salary-based position, offering stability, growth, and the opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most respected brands. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. You’ll ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from check-in to delivery.

Requirements

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset with professional appearance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening that tests for all substances excluding THC or prescribed medication and background check

Nice To Haves

• CDJR experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
• Write and manage repair orders accurately
• Communicate recommended services and timelines clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Maintain CSI standards and dealership policies
