Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Ford or domestic brand experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- CDK (or similar DMS) experience preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
