Service Advisor – RV & Marine Service Are you a problem solver with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping RV and Marine service work moving smoothly from check-in to completion.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable working with both customers and technicians

Nice To Haves

• Previous service advisor, automotive, RV, or marine experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking RV and Marine service
• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and accurately document service needs
• Open and manage repair orders, including estimates, approvals, and timelines
• Communicate regularly with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
• Provide clear, professional updates to customers throughout the service process
• Assist with follow-ups and resolution of customer questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records
