About The Position

Chariot Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team at Academy CDJR in Tipton, Indiana. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing a professional and positive service experience to customers, accurately documenting repair orders, recommending necessary maintenance and repairs, and ensuring clear communication between technicians and customers throughout the repair process. Key aspects of the role include providing accurate estimates, managing timelines, following up with customers, ensuring work is completed to customer satisfaction, and contributing to high customer retention and CSI scores.

Requirements

Automotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to upsell maintenance and services in a professional, ethical manner
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
