As a Service Advisor, you will be part of a nationwide team servicing 20,000 cars a day, focusing on building customer loyalty. This role involves utilizing leading-edge technology and automotive knowledge to identify selling opportunities that enhance driver safety. Working in state-of-the-art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as a liaison between Service Technicians and customers, actively engaging in the service lane. You will be responsible for clearly explaining Service Technician recommendations to customers and suggesting up-sell opportunities to maintain vehicle safety.
