Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive or at the service counter
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests
Advise customers on routine maintenance, manufacturer-recommended services, and necessary repairs
Prepare accurate repair orders and obtain customer authorization for work
Communicate clearly with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure proper diagnostics
Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle status, costs, and completion times
Review completed repairs with customers and explain charges and services performed
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and service history
Support dealership goals for service sales, customer retention, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
Other duties as assigned by management.
