About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Soldotna. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team. At Kendall Auto of the Kenai Peninsula our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Requirements

Previous experience at any new car dealership preferred
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations
Inputting and maintaining customer information
Complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day
Scheduling service appointments
