About The Position

Being an Austin Subaru Service Advisor provides you with the opportunity to be a part of a thriving, engaging, and positive atmosphere. This role will require you to maintain an organized process while satisfying multiple customers, clearly communicating, managing priorities, and following up resulting in satisfied and loyal customers. Requirements

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Organizes effectively to achieve greater results (make order out of chaos)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to perform with accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness
  • Sales experience required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers
  • Proven ability to provide a truly exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to achieve and surpass goals
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple demands in a calm and professional manner
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical competence

Responsibilities

  • Provide Truly Exceptional Service leading to customer loyalty
  • Follow Up with all pending clients regularly
  • Communicate with all team members necessary to assure successful and timely completion of promised work
  • Prepare for appointments to create a speedy and pleasant experience
  • Perform a professional video walk around and thoroughly record clients concerns
  • Provide value in our services leading to customer participation in current suggested services and future maintenances
  • Produce repair orders using the 3 C’s. (Concern, Cause, Corrections)
  • Perform professional deliveries
  • Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Assist clients as they desire by learning Subaru product knowledge, warranty data, and maintenance requirements
  • Complete required manufacturer training requirements
  • Accountability: Net Promoter Score Owner Loyalty Program (OLP) Scores Sales Goals
