About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service Advisor with strong customer communications skills who is a self-starter and a quick learner, to work with our service team. Requirements

  • Two years of experience in Parts and/or Service support role at an Automotive, Equipment, or Heavy Truck Dealership. Retail experience is preferred.
  • Understanding the terminology of the truck business and keeping abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, and accessories is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License; clean MVR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to invest time to master every step of our business process
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Provide the best customer service in the industry to our visitors
  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact
  • Work closely with the parts and service personnel to coordinate parts, labor, and sublet of needed repairs
  • Deliver service-related needs to customers in a timely manner
  • Open work orders
  • Prepare for the closing of retail and warranty jobs
  • Collaborate with a great team
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations with Parts and/or Service
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment and professionalism to customer satisfaction
